One reason why - When a purchaser buys one of Team Setton’s listings, they get a guarantee that this new homeowner will love their new home. In fact, if the purchaser of your home is not 100% completely thrilled with their new home, Elias will resell it for FREE, without listing commission within 3 months of Close of Escrow. In this way, if a buyer is considering a home listed with Team Setton or a home for sale with someone else, they are more likely to lean our way. Because we guarantee they will Love their new home, your home has an advantage when Team Setton is marketing it for sale. Seller Guarantee When you list your home for sale with us, we Guarantee to have it Sold in 90 days or Less! That’s right; we call it our EASY EXIT LISTING AGREEMENT. You see, we believe that one of the worst things that can happen to you, as a seller, is to have your home listed for sale for 6 months, 9 months or even a year only to find out that you made a mistake and chose the wrong broker. That won’t happen with us. We will have your home sold in 90 days or less. In fact, if your home is not SOLD within 90 days you can tear up our listing agreement or continue to list your home with only a 1% listing commission.
